Es Carregador Beach is one of the three main beaches in the Palmanova area, in the municipality of Calvià, alongside Palmanova and Son Maties. All three are linked by a pleasant and lively promenade, making this stretch of coastline one of the most well-rounded areas in south-west Mallorca. Nearby is also Cala Punta Marroig, which allows dogs in the water, further enhancing the area’s leisure options. Setting and features Es Carregador is a large urban beach with fine white sand, calm waters and a gentle slope, ideal for safe and relaxed swimming. Its exposure to the easterly wind and its open setting make it a very pleasant beach for much of the year. It is a very comfortable and practical beach, perfectly integrated into the tourist area of Palmanova. Access and parking Access to Es Carregador Beach is very straightforward: From the motorway heading towards Andratx, take the Palmanova exit. Direct access from the town centre and the seafront promenade. Nearby parking areas, including the area next to the Palmanova PAC. Good public transport links (bus). Anchorage The area offers moderate conditions for anchoring: Exposed to easterly winds. Anchoring possible on a sandy seabed. Generally calm conditions in good weather. The nearest harbour is the Palmanova Yacht Club.
